Precision Coatings PC3 is proven to extend the coating lifecycle through the use of high quality automotive pigments and the superior acrylic aliphatic polyurethane resins.  PC3 delivers long-term performance in color retention, gloss retention, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance with less than 50 grams per liter VOC.  PC3 is available in solid color, metallic and iridescent finishes from gloss to matte reflective levels. Precision’s PC3 offers the finish for restoration of fluorinated polymer exterior surfaces, interior and exterior structural steel, interior gyp board surfaces, interior MDF, interior and exterior handrails, interior and exterior concrete surfaces, CMU and wood. PC3 is available in a graffiti resistant formulation. PC3V100 is LEED NC 2009 compliant. PC3 meets the highest level of aliphatic polyurethane color and gloss performance and is qualified to the SSPC Paint 36 Level 3 through independent testing. 

Precision Coatings PC5 siloxane coating is a high performance third generation siloxane finish system with excellent weathering properties, good flexibility, automotive grade pigments and available in gloss, semi-gloss, satin egg-shell and matte finishes. PC5 is a non-isocyanate, less than 100 grams per liter VOC performance coating that is LEED NC 2009 compliant. 

Precision Coatings PC6 waterborne, single component polyurethane is a low odor, interior/exterior high performance polyurethane available in metallic, iridescent and solid colors. PC6 provides the durability of a polyurethane coating in an easy to use one component package. PC6 contains no free isocyanate, is low odor and application equipment can be cleaned with water. PC6 is LEED compliant and meets SCAQMD Rule 1113 for industrial maintenance coatings.

Precision Coatings DTM Primers are the foundation of the Precision Coatings finish system.  Precision’s DTM1300 is a surface tolerant epoxy modified corrosion resistant primer designed to meet the needs of the commercial architectural market.  DTM1300 is high build and easily sanded so it can be used to develop a smooth finish over not so smooth substrates.  DTM1300v100 is less than 100 grams per liter VOC.  Precision’s DTM3000 is a fast recoat polyurethane corrosion resistant primer designed to meet time sensitive applications.  Theme parks, resorts, shopping centers and restaurants utilize the fast recoat capability of DTM3000 to minimize the impact of renovation and restoration projects on business hours.  DTM3000 is less than 50 grams per liter VOC. LEED 2009 compliant.

Precision SlipShield 1000 on tile floor.

Precision SlipShield 1000 sealer is an extended lifecycle slip resistant sealer for ceramic tile, polished stone flooring and concrete flooring that is designed to meet the needs of commercial architectural floors, manufacturing flooring and institutional flooring. Precision SlipShield 1000 is low odor so it can be applied to floors in occupied structures. Precision SlipShield 1000 is availble in water clear, white, gray and safety colors. Unlike aggregate filled slip resistant flooring, Slip Shield maintains the clarity of the substrate flooring system and is easily cleaned with water and mild detergents. Precision Reflect 3000 keeps substrates cooler by integrating infra-red reflective pigments.  Deep blues, reds, greens, browns and even black are amazingly cool to the touch. Structures coated with Reflect 3000 stay cooler and experience less expansion and contraction.  The pigments in Reflect 3000 have been proven through years of testing to reduce cooling costs when used on exterior walls and roofs.  Precision introduces Reflect 3000 for metal roof restorations, commercial clad curtain wall restorations and exterior hand rails. LEED NC 2009 compliant.
